Organic Marketing Specialist – Local SEO & AI Content

About the role

We are looking for an Organic Marketing Specialist to make Brazilian Lumber the top choice for builders in every physical market we serve. You will own the local SEO strategy, Google Business Profile management, and AI‑augmented content creation to drive high‑intent leads and convert them through automated email and SMS funnels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Local SEO and Google Business Profile (GMB) strategy to dominate the Map Pack and maintain a 4.8+ star reputation.
• Own the full organic revenue funnel, tracking ranking → traffic → clicks → conversions → revenue.
• Develop and execute AI‑augmented content using Gemini and Claude for localized blogs, GMB updates, and Pinterest captions.
• Manage omnichannel retention through email (Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) and SMS campaigns.
• Secure digital PR, local citations, and community engagement on Reddit and Quora.
• Track commercial performance via local conversions and LTV from email/SMS lists.

Required profile

• Strong P&L mindset treating organic growth as a high‑ROI engine.
• Proven experience optimizing Google Business Profiles and local search rankings.
• Ability to prompt‑engineer AI models for content creation.
• Experience with reputation management and citation consistency.
