Organic Social Media & Community Growth Manager (TikTok, Instagram, Discord)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Organic Social Media & Community Growth Manager to lead content creation, audience engagement, and creator partnership initiatives across multiple direct‑to‑consumer brands. This hands‑on role blends strategy with execution, using AI‑enhanced media and short‑form storytelling to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and post daily content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X and Lemon8, balancing real and AI‑generated assets.
• Leverage AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, CapCut) to produce videos, captions and creative hooks.
• Build and manage a branded Discord server that connects creators, fans and affiliates, fostering community interaction.
• Recruit, onboard and activate 40–60 creators or affiliates within the first 90 days, providing prompts and tracking performance.
• Repurpose video transcripts into blog posts and written content, maintaining consistent tone across channels.
• Prepare weekly performance summaries highlighting top posts, insights and community highlights.
• Engage audiences by responding to DMs, comments and participating in relevant online conversations.
• Oversee TikTok and Instagram Shops, ensuring products are correctly tagged and integrated.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of social media management experience on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and X.
• Proven track record of growing accounts organically with concrete examples.
• Experience managing creator communities or Discord servers.
• Strong understanding of short‑form video trends, hooks and storytelling.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon or affiliate‑driven brands.
