Outbound Cold Caller – High‑Volume Prospecting

About the role

Wing Assistant is seeking a motivated Outbound Cold Caller who thrives on prospecting and turning cold leads into qualified opportunities. You will work closely with the sales team to generate meetings and drive revenue through multi‑channel outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Make 50‑100+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
• Identify and qualify decision‑makers and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Execute multi‑channel campaigns using cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, and SMS.
• Research target accounts and personalize outreach strategies.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM and meet or exceed outreach quotas.
• Collaborate with sales to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• 1‑3+ years of experience in cold calling, SDR, lead generation, or outbound sales.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes and rejection.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
