Outbound SDR + Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outbound Sales Development Representative who will focus on generating qualified appointments for our Founder. You will engage directly with owners, heads of sales and demand‑generation leaders, presenting solutions that only cost the client when they deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Make 200‑250 outbound calls per day using behaviorally‑enriched prospect lists.
• Identify pain points of owners and senior sales leaders and secure qualified meetings.
• Handle warm inbound leads generated from email campaigns and ads, and follow up on missed appointments.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure smooth hand‑offs to the sales team.
• Continuously track performance against a real‑time scoreboard.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of outbound dialing experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve commission goals.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and entering data quickly and accurately.
• Motivated by a competitive, commission‑driven environment and eager to progress to an Account Executive role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
