Packaging Production & Graphic Design Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Packaging Production & Graphic Design Specialist to join a leading consumer products company. The role focuses on preparing, updating, and managing production‑ready packaging artwork for a large SKU portfolio, ensuring every file meets brand, regulatory, and manufacturing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update production‑ready packaging artwork for 200+ SKUs each season, applying established branding standards.
• Ensure all files include correct dielines, dimensions, bleeds, CMYK/Pantone specifications, and print production requirements.
• Verify product information such as names, descriptions, barcodes, item numbers, and legal content.
• Conduct comprehensive quality‑assurance checks before releasing files to manufacturing.
• Maintain and version‑control packaging artwork libraries throughout the product lifecycle.
• Organise and manage packaging asset repositories.
• Provide graphic‑design support for simple 3D product renders used in catalogs and marketing materials.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in packaging production and print manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume, detail‑driven work.
• Familiarity with product visualization or industrial design concepts is a plus.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work closely with internal design teams.
