Paid Media & SEO Performance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Performance Specialist to join our media team in Bogotá. You will own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns and SEO initiatives for hospitality and tourism clients, driving measurable results across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and manage budgets and bids to maximize ROI.
• Track, analyze and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Design and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, increase traffic, and manage local directory listings.
• Monitor website analytics, stay current with algorithm updates, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of agency experience in paid media and SEO.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet performance targets.
