Paid Social Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

A US-based consumer brand selling through retail and e-commerce channels such as Amazon, Walmart, Target and supermarket chains is hiring a Junior Paid Social Marketing Specialist. The company invests heavily in digital advertising across several paid media platforms to drive customer acquisition, sales and brand growth. The role supports campaign execution, performance tracking, creative testing and reporting, and suits someone with hands-on experience managing advertising budgets and analysing campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and manage advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and AppLovin.
• Upload and organise creative assets, ad copy and targeting structures.
• Run quality assurance checks so campaigns meet platform and brand standards.
• Turn agency scripts and briefs into ClickUp tasks for video editors and landing page designers, and track creative production deadlines and turnaround times.
• Assist with weekly performance dashboards from Meta Ads Manager and landing page tools, and maintain tracking spreadsheets for ad spend, results and testing priorities.
• Conduct bi-weekly creative and funnel audits and flag optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with media buyers, copywriters and editors, maintain internal documentation, update SOPs and follow up on tasks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in paid social advertising, especially with Meta Ads Manager, or a related digital marketing role.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaign structures.
• Experience with consumer brands and retail or e-commerce businesses is strongly preferred.
• Based in Latin America and available 8 AM–5 PM EST; reliable internet connection and remote work experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Experience with ClickUp or other project management platforms.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to follow checklists and SOPs with minimal supervision.
