Paid Social Specialist – Meta Ads

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Paid Social Specialist who lives and breathes Meta Ads. You will work with eCommerce clients to drive acquisition, scale winning campaigns and improve profitability across Facebook and Instagram.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Launch, test and scale campaigns based on client goals and performance data.
• Monitor daily pacing, budgets and key metrics such as CAC, MER, ROAS, CTR, CVR, AOV and conversion volume.
• Build and maintain campaign structures for prospecting, retargeting and retention audiences.
• Run structured creative, copy, offer, audience and landing‑page tests.
• Develop testing hypotheses and identify next‑step experiments.
• Analyse performance trends and provide clear optimisation recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative and copy teams to refine ad angles, hooks and formats.
• Monitor Meta Pixel, custom conversions, attribution signals and tracking quality.
• Document changes, learnings, risks and next steps while maintaining rigorous QA.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on Meta Ads experience, preferably with eCommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce funnels, acquisition, retargeting and creative testing.
• Experience managing multiple ad accounts or clients simultaneously.
• Track record of handling monthly ad spend of $25k–$100k+.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data quickly.
• Clear written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to move fast while maintaining accuracy.
• Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Triple Whale or Northbeam is a plus.
