About the role
ACTION Colombia seeks a dedicated full‑time missionary to lead its pastoral training ministry in Colombia. The role focuses on equipping pastors and church leaders with the knowledge and tools they need to guide their congregations effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Train Colombian pastors and church leaders.
- Develop and implement training programs that help pastors lead their local congregations.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to pastoral staff.
Required profile
- Bible school and seminary training.
- Experience serving in a local church.
- At least 18 years old and a growing Christian.
- Active involvement in ministry and recommendation from a pastor.
- Teachable, adaptable, and able to handle challenging circumstances.
- Good sense of humor, resilient, and spiritually mature.
- Open to various leadership styles.
