Payment Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Payment Operations Specialist to join our finance team. You will support daily payment workflows, reconciliation and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely money movement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute domestic and international payment transactions, verifying details and authorizations.
• Identify, investigate and resolve payment failures, chargebacks and discrepancies.
• Prepare daily cash position reports, payment summaries and operational dashboards.
• Document workflows, flag inefficiencies and suggest automation opportunities.
• Support compliance with AML, KYC and internal control policies.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar payment processing or bank reconciliation role.
• Fluency in English.
