Payroll Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Payroll Analyst to manage and process international payroll operations accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will resolve payroll discrepancies and support continuous process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Process end‑to‑end payroll for all employees on a monthly/biweekly basis
• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, deductions, and benefits
• Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Prepare payroll reports for management and finance teams
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits
• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure data accuracy
• Support internal and external payroll audits

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• English proficiency B2+ (upper‑intermediate or higher)
• 5+ years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
