Performance Manager BI - IFM

About the role

JLL is hiring a Performance Manager BI for its IFM practice in Bogota. The role drives performance excellence and operational efficiency across several facilities in a defined region, using data and analytics to evaluate performance metrics, spot trends and give strategic insights. It works with cross-functional teams to optimise service delivery, improve client satisfaction and reach business goals. The position is on-site in Bogota.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run performance management frameworks, KPIs and benchmarks, and monitor performance data to find improvement opportunities
• Work with facility managers and operations teams on performance improvement plans and regular reviews, and share insights with senior management
• Gather and analyse large data sets, and build and maintain BI dashboards and reports
• Use data visualisation tools to present complex data simply, and apply analytical techniques to uncover new opportunities
• Help IT and operations choose and implement data collection, analysis and reporting tools, and train stakeholders on their use
• Promote continuous improvement by coordinating cross-functional teams, standardising processes and adopting new technologies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science or a related field; specialist or master's degree is a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in performance management, business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in IFM
• Strong analytical skills and project management skills, able to handle multiple initiatives
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, and a detail-oriented approach

Required skills

• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• SQL and other data manipulation and analysis tools
• Knowledge of performance management methodologies, metrics and reporting
