Performance Marketing Manager (Medellin)

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across multiple platforms. You will own the technical and strategic aspects of paid media, turning creative briefs into high‑performing campaigns that move prospects through the funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Design campaign architecture with clear funnel intent (awareness, consideration, decision) and appropriate audience, creative, and CTA.
• Identify and test new lead‑acquisition channels, platforms, and formats to increase lead quantity and quality.
• Create retargeting and lifecycle audiences that integrate with email nurture, content offers, and sales outreach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on lead qualification and hand‑off criteria.
• Provide creative direction for ad concepts and copy.
• Build and launch campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Reddit, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Set up audience targeting, bid strategies, budget pacing, and conversion tracking (pixels, server‑side, offline).
• Run structured A/B tests on copy, creative, audiences, and bidding.
• Analyse performance data, generate reports, and continuously optimise budget allocation.
