About the role

We are seeking a bilingual, organized, and detail‑oriented Personal Injury Case Processor to join a growing personal injury law firm. In this remote, full‑time position you will open and manage pre‑litigation files, communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and medical providers, and ensure case information remains accurate throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high‑volume personal injury caseload and open pre‑litigation files.
• Contact and communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
• Order medical records, follow up with providers, and obtain supporting documentation.
• Interact with insurance carriers to determine coverage and policy limits.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files and meet case‑related deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years experience in Personal Injury Pre‑Litigation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Previous law office experience.
