Planning and Inbound Logistics Operator

About the role

The Planning and Inbound Logistics Operator will work in the Bogotá warehouse to prepare, package and dispatch products according to order specifications and timelines. The role ensures correct material identification, inventory accuracy and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare products following supervisor instructions and order specifications.
• Identify and verify materials against order requirements.
• Record all preparation data accurately.
• Package items as needed and perform authorized material scrap.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and report variances.
• Monitor product and packaging quality throughout the process.
• Report any material or warehouse issues to the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical degree in logistics or related field.
• At least one year of experience in order preparation, packaging or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, equipment handling and quality management.
• Experience with inventory control and material dispatch.
• Basic computer literacy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic office software usage.
• Inventory management basics.
