Portfolio Marketing Manager

About the role

GP Strategies is seeking a Portfolio Marketing Manager to own the go‑to‑market strategy for GP AIQ+, its flagship AI‑powered platform, and to drive positioning across the broader AI and innovation portfolio. The role sits at the intersection of product marketing, technology storytelling and GTM execution, working closely with senior leadership, product, digital, content and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the GTM strategy and end‑to‑end execution for GP AIQ+ and the AI innovation portfolio, in partnership with the Senior Director, Portfolio Marketing.
• Develop and maintain the market narrative, positioning architecture, messaging hierarchy and value propositions for GP AIQ+.
• Translate product roadmap updates into market‑ready narratives and own launch motions for platform updates and new capabilities.
• Connect GTM activities to revenue and pipeline outcomes, measuring marketing‑influenced ROI.
• Architect campaign messaging frameworks, positioning documents and launch briefs that serve as the foundation for downstream content.
• Create strategic copy such as messaging guides, narrative frameworks, campaign themes and sales narratives.
• Partner with RevOps to produce sales enablement assets including battlecards, solution briefs, pitch narratives and talk tracks.
• Surface customer proof points and referenceable client stories in collaboration with senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience marketing complex technology products to enterprise HR, Talent Development or L&D buyers.
• Strong ability to craft clear, compelling stories that translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Strategic thinker who can operate independently and align assets to a clear purpose.
• Excellent written communication skills with precision and strategic intent.
