Pre-Sales Representative EN + ESP

About the role

Mindy Support is looking for a bilingual Pre‑Sales Representative to work remotely on a full‑time freelance basis. You will handle English and Spanish calls, book medical appointments, re‑engage cancelled leads, and keep our CRM up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Make follow‑up calls with leads to schedule doctor appointments.
• Contact customers who cancelled appointments and attempt to re‑book them.
• Maintain and update customer information in HubSpot CRM.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
• Report activity and results to senior management.

Required profile

• Previous sales or call‑center experience speaking with English‑language customers.
• Fluent English (C1‑C2) and Spanish (C1) written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Comfortable making calls, good communicator, can work under stress and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
• Proficiency in G Suite.
• Computer with at least 8 GB RAM, Windows 10+, and internet speed of 50 Mbps or higher.
