Pricing Manager – Colombia

About the role

We are seeking a Pricing Manager to strengthen pricing strategies and processes across the Americas region for Orbia Building & Infrastructure (Wavin) in Colombia. The role will drive pricing initiatives, support profitability, and contribute to our purpose of creating healthier, sustainable environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, embed and actively drive pricing initiatives and improvements across operating companies.
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to set prices for products, services and markets.
• Identify and lead innovative pricing and contracting opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (professional level).
• 7+ years experience in pricing and profitability improvement programs within a multinational environment.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication and project‑management skills in complex, multiyear projects.
• Able to interpret large data sets and translate analyses into stakeholder recommendations.
