Procurement Analyst

About the role

ScotiaGBS is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join its supplier relationship team. You will work across business lines to analyse spend, contracts and performance, providing actionable insights that support cost‑management and strategic sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Aggregate reporting and analysis of supplier spend, contracts and performance, delivering insights for cost management and contractual opportunities.
• Support scheduling of supplier relationship meetings, ensure all stakeholders are invited, document minutes and track action items to closure.
• Create and consolidate supplier scorecard data, coordinating enterprise‑wide supplier relationship activities.
• Develop a 360‑degree view of suppliers by aggregating performance across product and service areas and share insights with category and sourcing managers.
• Prepare decks and presentations for relationship meetings and provide key supplier metrics to the Enterprise Third Party Management Program Team.
• Coordinate tracking and resolution of supplier issues and incidents, keeping all relevant parties informed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in supplier relationship management, procurement or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, business or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to build transparent partnerships.
• Proven experience managing internal and external stakeholder groups.
• Strategic thinker, performance‑driven and fluent in English (advanced level).
