Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to shape end‑to‑end digital experiences for Holafly’s eSIM travel solutions. The role blends user‑centered research, strategic thinking, visual design and data‑driven iteration, working closely with product, engineering, growth and data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate research insights and hypotheses into clear, actionable design problems aligned with product OKRs.
• Create flows, wireframes, journey maps and user flows that define the logical structure of the product.
• Design responsive interfaces for desktop and mobile using the company Design System, ensuring visual consistency, hierarchy and accessibility.
• Interpret behaviour metrics such as heatmaps, scroll maps and A/B test results to make data‑informed design decisions.
• Iterate designs based on success metrics, qualitative feedback and experiment outcomes.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, development, growth, data and marketing teams to identify UX/UI optimisation opportunities.
• Produce comprehensive documentation and hand‑off files that describe functionality, expected behaviour and use cases.
• Contribute a user‑centred perspective to product strategy discussions.
