Product Manager

About the role

Olly is building software, automation, and managed services that help local service businesses grow. We are seeking a Product Manager who can turn strategy into high‑quality product delivery, working closely with engineering, design, and customer teams in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog aligned with company priorities.
• Break down initiatives into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation‑ready requirements.
• Partner with engineering to ensure work is clearly scoped, refined, and sequenced.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery follow‑through.
• Translate product direction into actionable requirements and guide work from discovery through launch.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and operational considerations early.
• Collaborate with design to ensure workflows meet real user needs.
• Facilitate cross‑functional alignment and act as connective tissue between strategy and execution.
• Raise the bar on requirement quality, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.

• Strong execution mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and prioritize high‑impact work.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Comfortable balancing speed with rigor while shipping meaningful product outcomes.
• Proactive in identifying process improvements and driving disciplined product delivery.
