Product Manager – Remote (Argentina, Colombia, Dominican Republic)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product initiatives at Kiwi. You will be responsible for identifying problems and opportunities, setting priorities, and taking initiatives from initial discovery through launch and measurement. You will work on products and processes where customer experience, business goals, risk, compliance, and day-to-day operations intersect.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product initiatives assigned to you: set priorities, make scope decisions, and evaluate their results.
• Investigate customer needs and business problems using data, research, feedback, and conversations with the teams involved.
• Define the problem, the desired outcome, and how success will be measured before moving toward a solution.
• Evaluate options and make trade‑offs across customer impact, business value, risk, operational needs, and implementation effort.
• Work with Design and Engineering to shape solutions and guide them through development and launch.
• Align Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Data on decisions that affect each initiative.
• Measure results after launch and improve the product based on what you learn.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager leading initiatives from problem discovery through launch and measurement.
• Strong product judgment: ability to analyze ambiguous problems, evaluate options, recommend priorities, and explain decisions.
• Experience working with Engineering and Design on digital products involving complex processes and integrations.
• Ability to combine data, research, and customer feedback when making product decisions.
• Clear communication and the ability to align teams with different needs and goals.
• Autonomy to drive initiatives, resolve blockers, and adjust course as new information becomes available.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, financial services, lending, or payments.
• Experience working with Risk, Compliance, or Operations teams.
• Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, or user research.
