About the role
Addi is a fast‑growing fintech platform in Colombia offering consumer credit, payments and e‑commerce solutions. The Product Marketing Manager will own the go‑to‑market strategy for Addi’s consumer lending products, turning product features into compelling customer narratives and ensuring seamless launches across the Colombian market.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product taxonomy, naming conventions and positioning frameworks for the consumer credit portfolio (Cupo, Intro, Grande, CF, Marketplace programs).
- Build and govern a single cross‑business‑unit launch playbook that standardises credit policies, program rollout and messaging, reducing time‑to‑launch.
- Co‑own the consumer‑facing narrative for the CF product, collaborating with the Bank Growth Manager on launch sequencing and post‑launch retention messaging.
- Act as the bridge between Product, Marketing and Sales teams to coordinate product launches and drive adoption, engagement and market leadership.
- Monitor market feedback and performance metrics to iterate on positioning and drive sustained growth.
Required profile
- Proven experience in product marketing or product management within fintech or consumer finance.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate product features into market‑ready narratives.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, comfortable working with product, sales and growth teams.
- Deep understanding of the Colombian consumer lending landscape and regulatory environment.
