Product Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

Memorae is seeking a Product Quality Auditor to act as the final line of defense before releases reach users. Working remotely from Colombia, you will use the Memorae platform as a real user, identifying bugs, confusing flows, and AI response issues to ensure a flawless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Audit the live product daily, flagging broken flows, confusing copy, and unexpected behavior.
• Evaluate AI memory responses for relevance, completeness, and accuracy.
• Identify, document, and track critical (P0/P1) issues, including functional bugs, UX problems, and visual inconsistencies.
• Think like a user to uncover friction points and prevent support tickets.
• Provide product and UX feedback to help new features feel intuitive and polished.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in QA, testing, product, or a related role.
• Strong product intuition and the ability to spot confusing or broken experiences quickly.
• Curiosity to investigate why something fails and a refusal to accept “it works for me” without proof.
• Ownership mindset with a deep commitment to product quality.
