Production Engagement Lead

About the role

Publicis Production in Bogotá is seeking a Production Engagement Lead to own strategic account responsibilities, ensure client satisfaction, and drive delivery excellence across integrated production and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior point of contact for assigned clients, building long‑term, trust‑based relationships.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of integrated campaigns, coordinating Creative, Production, Strategy, Technology, Media and Project Management teams.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, lead post‑project reviews and embed continuous‑improvement practices.
• Support account growth through strategic planning, forecasting, business reviews and identification of optimization opportunities.
• Mentor and develop account and delivery team members, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Production, Project Management or related field.
• 9–12 years of experience in account leadership, engagement management, integrated production or client services within advertising, production studios or marketing operations.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi‑initiative accounts with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, ability to influence cross‑functional teams and balance creative ambition with financial performance.

Required skills

• Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
• Deep understanding of production workflows, delivery models and multi‑channel campaigns (digital, video, social, print, omnichannel).
• Experience collaborating across integrated disciplines and managing stakeholder expectations.
