Production Graphic Designer (Apparel & Merchandise)

About the role

10 10 Hats is expanding its custom headwear business and needs a Production Graphic Designer who can turn customer logos into production‑ready artwork and compelling marketing assets. The role blends creative design with technical preparation for a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create digital mockups for hats and apparel using client branding.
• Develop multiple concept designs for client presentations and approvals.
• Prepare artwork for embroidery, PVC, leather and woven patches, screen printing, and other decoration methods.
• Convert customer‑supplied logos into clean vector files.
• Deliver production‑ready files in AI, EPS, SVG, PDF and PNG formats.
• Verify that artwork complies with manufacturing specifications before production.
• Design catalogs, flyers, product sheets, sales materials and promotional assets.
• Organise and maintain artwork libraries and production file archives.
• Collaborate daily with the Founder and Sales Team to meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; strong Photoshop skills.
• Excellent typography, layout and composition abilities.
• Experience handling vector graphics and production‑ready files.
• Strong written English communication.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
