Production & Project Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

Omnicom Production is seeking a bilingual Production & Project Manager to act as the strategic bridge between client needs, agency creative vision, and studio execution. The role combines project management, production expertise, stakeholder coordination, and operational leadership across multiple creative and digital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agency teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead discovery conversations to gather requirements and identify information gaps.
• Review and audit incoming requests for completeness, technical feasibility, and production readiness.
• Manage project intake, define plans, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Monitor progress, ensure deadlines and quality standards are met, and conduct quality reviews.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, escalating issues as needed.
• Coordinate resources and workflows to maximize production efficiency.
• Maintain and optimize project management tools such as Workfront.
• Translate technical production requirements into clear, client‑friendly language and train stakeholders on processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in production management, project management, or creative operations.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi‑channel projects from intake through delivery.
• Experience working directly with clients and agency stakeholders in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with print, digital, presentation, or creative production workflows is a plus.
