Professional Marketing Manager – Andean Region

About the role

The Professional Marketing Manager (Andina) will lead professional communication, digital engagement and go‑to‑market strategies for Colgate‑Palmolive’s Oral Care portfolio across the Andean region. Acting as the bridge between global guidelines and local commercial priorities, you will shape content, digital ecosystems and major dental events to drive dentist recommendations and consumer conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and develop region‑specific detailing materials and communication assets for the field force.
• Lead the professional digital ecosystem (websites, CRM, social media) and build a network of dental influencers.
• Design and execute internal and external communication for major dental conventions, scientific associations and KOL partnerships.
• Plan and manage demand‑generation initiatives such as sampling, in‑office branding and “chair‑to‑sink” pharmacy conversion programs.
• Secure and manage budgets for advertising and professional initiatives, presenting to leadership.
• Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to inform strategy.
• Utilise syndicated data, analytics and AI to identify growth opportunities and define an AI roadmap for the professional area.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sales or a related field.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with global and local teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience with data‑driven decision making.
