Project Architect (US Projects)

About the role

Designda Inc. / Pineland Engineering, a Florida‑based architecture and engineering firm, is looking for an experienced Project Architect to lead US residential and commercial projects from Colombia. The role requires independent project development, high‑quality Revit documentation, and daily communication with U.S. team members in English.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural plans and construction documents using Revit.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
• Produce permit‑ready drawing packages for U.S. projects, ensuring compliance with the Florida Building Code.
• Identify design or code issues early and propose solutions.
• Communicate effectively with U.S. architects, engineers, and project managers, participating in English‑language meetings.
• Manage projects from concept through permit submission while maintaining drawing quality and consistency.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 4 years of professional architectural experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and solve problems without constant direction.
