Project Estimator (Remote, Bilingual)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Project Estimator to join our fast‑growing residential and commercial construction firm. The role is fully remote and requires fluency in English and Spanish to support our projects across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work for residential and commercial projects.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and material breakdowns.
• Develop realistic cost estimates using internal data and historical pricing.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to clarify scope and assumptions.
• Prepare comprehensive cost breakdowns for client presentations and internal budgeting.
• Adjust estimates quickly as project details evolve.
• Help refine estimating systems and templates to improve speed and accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of construction estimating experience, including residential projects in the US.
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering drawings and the US imperial measurement system.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with takeoff software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with other estimating tools.
