Project Manager (Complex Multi‑Stakeholder Initiatives)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead highly complex initiatives that span multiple teams, stakeholders, and functional areas. The role requires strong organizational navigation, executive visibility, and the ability to coordinate software delivery cadence alongside IT operations and rollout activities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end project delivery for initiatives involving competing stakeholders and cross‑functional dependencies.
• Maintain executive visibility and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
• Coordinate software delivery schedules and oversee IT operations and rollout coordination.
• Leverage AI‑enabled project management tools to scale and optimise project workflows.
• Collaborate daily with U.S.-based technology leadership and other global stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven track record with verifiable dates, titles, and scope that can be confirmed by references or former managers.
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written, as a non‑negotiable requirement.
• Comfortable operating across multiple teams and managing high‑visibility initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to manage or scale project work.
