Project Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

Apply Digital is seeking a Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for high‑profile clients. The role operates on Pacific Standard Time hours and supports a hybrid/remote work model, collaborating with teams across strategy, product, design, technology and data.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage project roadmaps, ensuring milestones are met on time.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks as needed.
• Serve as primary liaison for client partners, internal stakeholders and project teams.
• Coordinate resourcing, scope, budgets and change requests across multiple functional groups.
• Maintain detailed status reports and project documentation for clients and leadership.
• Support effort and cost estimation for new opportunities or change requests.
• Utilize JIRA, Notion and Google Sheets to keep project information organized.
