Project Manager – Fashion Retail

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Bogotá team, working in an almost‑remote environment. The role blends project management, operational coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration across fashion retail and digital production.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines, workflows, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Manage priorities, dependencies, approvals, and operational follow‑up.
• Support collaboration between creative, production, and business teams.
• Track project progress and proactively identify blockers or risks.
• Ensure teams receive the necessary information, assets, and requirements to execute efficiently.
• Maintain project documentation, task tracking, and status updates.
• Help improve operational processes and team organization.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Digital Production, Operations, or similar roles.
• Experience coordinating creative or digital production workflows.
• Fashion retail experience is highly valued.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and strong follow‑up skills.
• English level C1 or fully bilingual (mandatory).
• Experience working with U.S.-based teams or clients is a plus.
