Project Manager – IT & ERP Projects

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead IT‑related projects for a leading technology company operating in Latin America. Based in Colombia, you will coordinate project activities, work closely with clients and internal teams, and ensure successful delivery of solutions such as ERP implementations and software development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and allocate resources for each project phase.
• Coordinate daily activities with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, prepare status reports and meeting minutes.
• Support testing, validate deliverables and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Respond to technical and functional inquiries and provide user training.
• Facilitate decision‑making within the project team.

Required profile

• Undergraduate final semesters (6th‑10th) or a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar project coordination role.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher; Portuguese or French a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Understanding of software development processes.
• Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner or other Agile certifications (preferred).
