Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead complex technology programs, ensuring successful delivery while managing budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications. This role acts as the primary liaison between end customers and internal teams, driving project performance from kickoff to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Follow established governance processes and frameworks to oversee program delivery.
• Manage project budgets, control costs, and allocate resources to maintain profitability.
• Provide high‑value status reports to internal executives and serve as the main ambassador to customers.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and issues using proven project management methodologies.
• Support statement of work creation, deal scoping, and smooth hand‑off to post‑sales architecture and delivery teams.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience managing technology or IT service delivery projects.
• Strong understanding of PMI‑recommended methodologies and change management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly desired.
• Fundamental knowledge of Cisco products (e.g., CCNA) or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
