Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital products and projects across cross‑functional teams at Proximus Global. The role coordinates stakeholders, facilitates agile ceremonies, manages timelines, and ensures high‑quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closure, aligning them with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Designers and other stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and support teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proven experience in agile project management.
• Capability to align business objectives with execution.
