Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead complete solution projects that involve integration of control units and application-specific customisation. The role requires coordinating design, production, delivery, installation, commissioning, validation and service entry while managing resources across the project portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Identify, analyse and manage project scope, objectives and risks.
• Handle commercial risk, contractual obligations and risk mitigation.
• Provide post‑project reviews, lessons learned and documentation.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and risk registers.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Respond proactively to customer queries and concerns.
• Monitor project costs, labour hours and expenditures.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on site.
• Supervise and guide graduates, contractors and tradespeople.
• Promote company culture of personal growth, open communication and innovation.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• 3–5+ years of project management experience, preferably in industrial, energy or technical sectors.
• Strong customer‑facing communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
