Project Manager – Localization (Remote)

About the role

RWS is seeking a Project Manager to join its global delivery team, overseeing enterprise software localization programmes. In this client‑facing position you will coordinate multilingual projects from kickoff through final delivery, collaborating with international clients, linguists, vendors and cross‑functional teams across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end software localisation projects for global enterprise clients.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, budgets, quality and delivery across multilingual workflows.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project financials, including budgeting, invoicing, profitability and change requests.
• Identify risks early and proactively drive solutions.
• Lead client and internal meetings with professionalism and confidence.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality and vendor‑management teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with client expectations.
• Support process improvements and optimise workflows and delivery practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience in project management within localisation or multilingual content delivery.
• Strong understanding of localisation workflows, tools and terminology.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client‑facing projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable handling budgets, financial tracking and project reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level or above.
