Project Manager – Remote US Construction

About the role

CooperBuild is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead high‑end residential and commercial renovation projects across the United States. The role is fully remote, allowing you to coordinate all phases from concept to close‑out while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from pre‑construction through close‑out, overseeing all documentation and deliverables.
• Review, coordinate and integrate architectural, engineering and construction drawings.
• Prepare, track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits and project logs.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Lead project meetings, provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports and compliance with specifications, codes and contracts.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise delays and cost impacts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience managing U.S. construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience working remotely with U.S.‑based teams is an advantage.
