Project Manager – Roofing Projects

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to lead roofing projects from initial proposal through final inspection. The role bridges clients, field crews, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple onsite roofing crews, conduct orientations, and serve as primary contact for facility managers.
• Track daily progress, verify labor hours, and maintain real‑time updates in the CRM.
• Develop roof plans and technical layouts using AutoCAD (preferred) and interpret architectural blueprints.
• Prepare detailed proposals, photo reports, and Excel‑based cost breakdowns for replacements, repairs, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Accounting to ensure accurate billing and contract handling.

Required profile

• English proficiency at C1 level with strong written and verbal communication.
• Minimum 1 year of project management experience; construction background preferred.
• Proven leadership ability to manage multiple teams in fast‑paced field environments.
• Reliable computer capable of running AutoCAD and stable internet (≥50 Mbps).
