Project Manager – SaaS Implementation (Colombia/Mexico)

About the role

As Project Manager SaaS Implementation, reporting to the Global Implementation Director, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex Sprinklr implementation projects for US enterprise clients. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders, act as the primary client liaison, and ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery that maximises client value and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of Sprinklr implementation projects, creating and executing detailed project plans aligned with client business objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including technical consultants, solution architects, implementation managers, and client stakeholders.
• Serve as primary client liaison, leading steering committees, executive briefings, and communicating project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project health metrics, proactively address risks and timeline challenges, and ensure a seamless handover to client success teams.
• Contribute to project management frameworks, best practices, and quality standards for the US implementation practice, sharing lessons learned to improve delivery efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS implementation projects end to end, with solid understanding of technical delivery processes (Sprinklr or similar CXM/social platforms is a plus).
• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing client and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and executive audiences, including advanced/fluent English to work with US clients.
• Availability to travel up to 15% for kickoffs, milestone reviews, and go‑live support.
