Project Manager / Salesforce

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Salesforce implementation projects for our clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed project timelines with clients and delivery teams, defining milestones and key deliverable dates.
• Coordinate meetings, manage invitations, and track tasks against the Statement of Work.
• Ensure client tasks are completed by agreed deadlines and communicate any timeline changes.
• Assign work using project management tools such as Asana and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Lead kickoff and weekly status calls, providing clear status reports on tasks, budget hours, and upcoming activities.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and keep stakeholders aligned.

Required profile

• Approximately 35 years of experience managing software implementation projects, preferably on Salesforce.
• Foundational knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Asana).
• Strong communication, time‑management, and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
