Project Manager / Scrum Master

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead agile delivery across the Investment Operations technology portfolio. You will coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams, drive sprint ceremonies, and ensure transparent reporting to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews and retrospectives for Investment Operations workstreams.
• Maintain delivery artifacts such as project plans, roadmaps, sprint backlogs, Jira boards, RAID logs and status reports.
• Prepare and present monthly updates covering progress, risks, decisions and upcoming milestones.
• Monitor cross‑team dependencies, escalate blockers and drive issue resolution.
• Support resource planning and capacity management for BA, QA and technology teams.
• Partner with Product and Business Analyst leads to manage intake, prioritisation and scope changes.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end UAT, including planning, defect triage and stakeholder sign‑off.
• Define delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, defect trends, cycle time) and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage release planning, deployment coordination and post‑implementation reviews.
• Coach team members on agile practices and promote AI‑enabled delivery tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master delivering technology programs in financial services.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban agile methods.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to produce executive‑level updates.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
