Project Manager – Software Implementation

About the role

Sutherland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software implementation projects for NICE Software Solutions. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while collaborating with multicultural teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects using NICE’s project management methodology.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder relationships.
• Define tasks, create project plans, track progress, and handle scope changes.
• Motivate and evaluate the project team, providing performance feedback.
• Serve as the single point of contact for customers and internal forums, delivering clear updates.
• Develop client roadmaps, advise on solution adoption, and maximize ROI.
• Proactively manage issues, report status, and forecast revenue.
• Measure delivery quality, capture lessons learned, and contribute to methodology improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience in a matrix environment.
• Experience delivering software solutions to international clients.
• Background in consulting or software organizations handling external projects.
• Hands‑on experience managing the full software development lifecycle.
