Project Manager – US Commercial Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead US commercial construction projects remotely. The ideal candidate understands the full construction lifecycle, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and can coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Coordinate project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Handle and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, delivery coordination, punch lists, and project closeouts.
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, field teams, and clients.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with client expectations and construction timelines.
• Assist with issue resolution and proactive project coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of direct experience managing US commercial construction projects.
• Experience working in at least two different US construction businesses.
• Strong understanding of the full construction project lifecycle, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, delivery coordination, punch lists, and closeout procedures.
• Experience using construction project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across projects.
