Project Manager – Web Redesign & AEM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead complex website initiatives, including full redesigns and migrations to Adobe Experience Manager. The role is fully remote, supporting our Colombian team and collaborating with UX, design, development and marketing stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full website section redesigns, coordinating stakeholders and engineering dependencies to ensure successful UAT, QA and launches.
• Author, maintain, and govern website updates within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Guide migration and integration of existing web properties into the AEM platform.
• Partner closely with UX, Design, Development, and Marketing teams to align project objectives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between production teams and stakeholders, communicating requirements and updates.
• Champion quality‑assurance best practices, focusing on accessibility, accuracy, and overall site health.
• Manage multiple priorities using Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Adapt to ambiguity, evolving business needs, and shifting priorities while maintaining project momentum.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in web project management.
• Proven experience managing website redesigns with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience guiding web platform migrations to AEM.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work in Agile environments and handle competing priorities.
