Project Manager – Website Development (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple website development projects from kickoff through launch, ensuring high quality, on‑time delivery and excellent client experiences. The role is fully remote and ideal for candidates based in Latin America who thrive in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee website projects through all phases: planning, development, QA, launch and post‑launch support.
• Define project scopes, timelines, milestones and resource allocations.
• Monitor budgets, deadlines and overall project health, identifying risks and applying mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of developers, designers, SEO specialists and account managers.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and client stakeholders, providing regular status updates and maintaining documentation.
• Track team capacity, workload and performance, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Establish KPIs and reporting metrics to measure project success and recommend process enhancements.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing website development projects in a digital agency setting (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with project management and time‑tracking tools.
• Working knowledge of WordPress publishing workflows.
• Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Comfort collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
