Project / Technical Architect

About the role

The Project/Technical Architect will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver architectural projects from concept through construction. You will combine industry experience with technical insight to provide innovative, real‑world solutions while ensuring design integrity and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all project phases, including documentation set‑up, scheduling, budgeting and construction administration.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors and consultants to align project goals.
• Oversee clash detection and digital coordination using BIM tools.
• Produce accurate architectural drawings and technical documents.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control reviews and submittal assessments.
• Facilitate communication among architects, interior designers, engineers, contractors and regulatory agencies.
• Resolve complex technical and design issues throughout design and construction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent foreign qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of professional architectural design experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of national and international building standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revit.
• Proficiency with SketchUp.
