PS Performance Live Engineer

About the role

The PS Performance Live Engineer monitors well performance and ESP systems through real‑time surveillance platforms. Working on a 12‑hour shift schedule, the engineer ensures system stability, identifies anomalies, and supports production optimization for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform real‑time system surveillance, respond to alarms and well events, and notify relevant stakeholders.
• Generate alerts, establish performance baselines, and log events in QUEST and reporting systems.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly well status reports and KPI dashboards for clients.
• Collaborate with Application Engineers, Customer Engagement Coordinators, and sales teams to address production improvement opportunities.
• Commission new wells, manage user accounts, set up alarms and notifications, and maintain primary contact lists.
• Support offline issues such as non‑communicating wells and coordinate with ProSer and InTouch.
• Contribute to case studies and technical publications on an annual basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in well surveillance, production monitoring, real‑time operations, or artificial lift systems.
• Knowledge of ESP (Electric Submersible Pump) systems.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
