Public Affairs & Value & Access Manager – Rare Disease

About the role

Ipsen is seeking an experienced Public Affairs and Value & Access Manager to lead strategies that enhance the value of its rare‑disease portfolio and improve patient pathways across Colombia. The role combines market access, health economics, pricing, reimbursement and payer engagement in a highly visible position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement value, access and pricing strategies for new and existing products.
• Create compelling value propositions supported by clinical, economic and financial evidence.
• Lead HTA, reimbursement and pricing submissions, including robust business case development and defence.
• Design innovative access models tailored to local healthcare and patient needs.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with payers, health authorities and key decision‑makers.
• Negotiate product listing, funding and sustainable access within priority accounts.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of market access experience in pharmaceuticals or the Colombian healthcare system.
• Strong rare‑disease market access expertise and deep knowledge of Colombian healthcare policy.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills with payers and health authorities.
• Degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare or related field; postgraduate studies in Pharmacoeconomics or Market Access are a plus.
• Fluent Spanish and working proficiency in English.
